Stage 1: Order Receipt & Engineering Review
We receive your order, design files, BOM, and specifications. Our engineering team reviews requirements and identifies any manufacturability or integration issues.
Stage 2: Component Procurement
We source PCB boards, electronic components, enclosures, wiring harnesses, and assembly materials. All incoming components undergo strict LCR testing, visual inspection, and Brand authenticity verification.
Stage 3: PCB Fabrication
In-house bare board creation: 2-20+ layers, rigid/flex options, multiple finishes. Advanced etching, layering, and drilling processes.
Stage 4: SMT & THT Assembly
